Baba IKI – Japanese restaurant Natai
Created by the highly-trained sushi, teppanyaki and yakitori chefs at Baba Beach Club Natai, this spirited restaurant features sumptuous plates that are focused on the freshest ingredients and authentic flavors from Japan. Guests have the option to sit outside on a veranda edged by inviting waters or indoors where the atmosphere is lent by a view of the buzzing open-kitchen where they can watch skilled chefs prepare their plates. The teppanyaki, sushi and grill counters are ideal for guests dining alone or couples seeking the sensory experience of Japanese style dining while the main dining table is a better fit for friends or family in large groups. The restaurant seats more than 70 people in its combined dining areas.
Guests are recommended to start their meal with a Sake Cocktail, which blends the floral petals of sakura with sake, watermelon, lychee and lime juice, or the Yuzu Mojito, which is built upon a traditional sake flavor and enhanced with mint, brown sugar, soda, lime juice and finally adorned with a wedge of lime.
