Artist Biographies

X0809 (Thailand) is our first act of the day, she will be doing a live ‘experimental electronic/pop’ set with vocals starting 5pm for sunset – don’t miss out on this!

Ever since X0809’s debut at Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival in 2015, she’s excelled and played in various popular places such as Kolour In The Park festival (Bangkok), BEAM club (Bangkok), Mannheim Germany and coming up Quest Festival Vietnam 2017. We are very excited and happy to have her play for us!

“X0809 is Note Panayanggool‘s DJ and electronic music name (Singer, Actress, Creative director in Bangkok, Thailand). She is Note P.’s alter-ego – Note P. by day and X0809 by night.

X0809 allows Note P. to be anything she wants to be, to create anything her mind wants to create, set for endless possibilities – without caring about the constrictions of pop culture. X0809 is independent and inherently self-sufficient, because she writes and produces music on her own. Her artistic sense in creative direction, visual and graphic work allows her to create and combine music, art, fashion and design with technology.

X0809’s first debut EP ‘X’ featuring Anya Muangkote was released on May 9th, 2017.”

Temo Sayin (Switzerland), head of the Zurich underground movement ‘Die Empathie’, shows that music doesn’t need to be hectic and cluttered to bring people into ecstasy. His deep, open minded organic sounds take you on an intimate journey: melancholic but never sad, sensitive but never cheesy, powerful but never crazy. Sentimental enough to close the eyes and still uplifting to raise the arms.

His career especially kick-started out of illegal events in his hometown Zurich, where he quickly grew and started to play at the most popular clubs together with well known artists as Satori, Rampue, Miyagi and many others.

MYLE (Switzerland) Just a normal girl born in Switzerland and originally from Vietnam! She grew up in a very musical family in the heart of Switzerland surrounded by mountains, lakes and nature. Music has always been a big impact in MYLE’s life.

Spending the last years traveling and performing around the world, she soon realized that it didn’t fulfill her musical dreams. Seeking for a new challenge and some changes, she founded with her friends, Temo Sayin & Mathias Wohlrab, a new underground movement called Die Empathie focused on more downtempo and organic sounds.

It started with an illegal rave in Zurich with over 1000 people in a construction basement, followed by a Sunday rooftop event with Rampue for only 300 people – an 18 hours rave in a warehouse and a nostalgic funfair day-dance with Powel & Maga. Die Empathie not only became a unique experience but also a home for like-minded and empathetic people who truly appreciate the music and celebrate life.

Now, residing half a year in Asia and half a year in Switzerland you can call her sound a fusion between these two cultures. A perfect mix between organic, ethnic and synthetic sounds. Deep, melodic, emotional, tribal, ethnic and organic…MYLE is using this mix to enhance storytelling in her sets, to put a piece of art out there, creating something new and communicating a deeper level of understanding and telling a story which take both creator and audience on a journey. All blended together into a tapestry of sonic loveliness.

Music is not about what you see but what you feel!
Let her bring us closer to ourselves & others, and let’s create an avenue for empathy and understanding.
