In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, Sri panwa proudly highlights the remarkable journeys of two women\u2014Ms. Po Yan Yu (Suki), the General Manager and Ms. Nitchotipha Na Ranong (Ant), the Operations Manager\u2014who are integral to the resort’s leadership. The theme for International Women’s Day 2025 is ‘Accelerate Action,’ reflecting the experiences and responsibilities of women worldwide. Both women bring their unique and inspiring contributions to the resort, whether it\u2019s overseeing operations or preserving and sharing traditional practices. Their leadership embodies empowerment and excellence, and Sri panwa is honored to celebrate these women, continuing to inspire women every day.<\/span><\/p>\n

For me, the driving force behind Sri panwa Hotel\u2019s growth is the ability to combine sensitivity and awareness in working with the team\u2014sharing experiences, fostering a supportive and empowering environment, and encouraging innovation. It\u2019s about taking part in projects that not only elevate the resort but also add meaningful value to society, like the Green Project. <\/span><\/p>\n
